Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Telemetry – Tyler, TX 75701
Start Date: September 8, 2026
Location: Tyler, Texas
Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Patient ratio 1:6. 36-bed medical/surgical telemetry unit. Float to units of equal acuity as needed. Weekend coverage required (approximately half of contract weekends).

- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
- Epic charting system with 36 hours of orientation provided
- Care for adult and geriatric patient populations in a 36-bed unit
- One pre-approved time off period available during contract
Requirements:
- Active RN license (state or compact license required at time of submission)
- Minimum 2 years of telemetry nursing experience preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS certification required
- Epic charting system experience required
- Trauma Level I experience preferred
- Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, central line care, blood product administration, and other critical telemetry skills
- Must complete core compliance items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
- Geographic restrictions apply; candidates from certain local counties are not eligible
