**Exciting Opportunity for a Telemetry RN - Night Shift!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic healthcare team providing high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment. - Care for a diverse patient population with a mix of diagnoses and acuity including respiratory issues, sepsis, and multiple co-morbidities. - Utilize your expertise to deliver both routine and complex patient care with increasing independence. - Engage in critical thinking and problem-solving as you manage a variety of clinical situations. - Lead and collaborate with other care providers, making appropriate assignments to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Practice in alignment with ANA Scope and Standards, using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families. - Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols; monitor for side effects and treatment effectiveness. - Maintain accurate documentation of patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided. - Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers to promote understanding and compliance. **Job Requirements:** - **Education/Skills:** - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. - **Experience:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in a related nursing specialty required. - **Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:** - Current BLS certification (AHA only) required. - Current ACLS certification (AHA only) required. - RN License in the state of TX or compact. - **Position Requirements:** - New nurses will attend orientation within the first 30 days of hire. - Undergo preceptorship with a trained staff member for comprehensive onboarding. - Complete all annual competency verification requirements. **Work Schedule:** - Night Shift: 7PM - 7AM - Full-Time Position **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
