Job Description:
The RN will work in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit on a day shift. Duties will include patient care coordination, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies. Floating required and block schedule possible.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care in the Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and hospital policies
- Floating between units as needed
Requirements:
- Valid RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- 1+ year experience in MS/Tele/Wound Care
- Must wear dark navy blue scrubs
- Experience with EMR system: MEDHOST
