Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Omaha, Nebraska.

📍 Location: TBD
⏰ 36 hrs/week | 3×12s
🌞 Days: 6:30 AM–7 PM | 🌙 Nights: 6:30 PM–7 AM
📅 Every other weekend
Unit: 18-bed CVU
👩⚕️ Ratio: 1:4 | 1:3 for fresh post-surgical patients
💻 Telemetry required
Patient Population: Intermediate cardiac care, downgraded CVICU patients, cath lab, CVA, CHF, AFib RVR, thoracic, EP & structural heart patients.
Requirements:
- 1+ year relevant CVU/cardiac experience
- BLS, ACLS & NIHSS
- Must be comfortable titrating cardiac drips
- Must read & interpret telemetry
- Navy blue scrubs
- 50+ mile radius
- Driver’s license required at submission
- Not currently employed FT/PT/PRN with CommonSpirit, CHI or Dignity facilities
💉 Common drips: Amiodarone, nitro, nicardipine, epinephrine, Cardizem & BP medications.
🔄 Float: Same or lower-acuity units
📋 RTO: Up to 7 days per 13-week contract; must be submitted upfront.
