Job Requirements

• Current RN license in hand at time of submission
• 2 years of ICU experience required, with recent and consistent acute care experience in the specialty
• Epic charting experience required
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Travel nursing experience required
• Strong experience caring for critically ill adult patients in an ICU setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity critical care environment
• Education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in a Surgical Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor and manage complex conditions such as sepsis, shock, stroke, ARDS, and intracranial hypertension
• Perform and support critical care procedures, including ventilator management, CRRT, and vasopressor titration
• Assist with EVD management and ICP monitoring
• Administer blood products and support massive transfusion protocols
• Manage tracheostomy care, suctioning, and advanced respiratory support therapies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver safe, coordinated patient care
• Float as needed to other ICU or related inpatient units based on staffing needs
