Job Description:

Travel RN position in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) at Wesley Medical Center, focusing on providing critical care to post-surgical patients including trauma, post-CABG, and post-TAVR, with responsibilities in medication administration and monitoring of critical care equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Care for trauma patients and general post-surgical ICU patients
• Manage chest tubes, central lines, and medication drips
• Utilize equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia devices, and ECMO
• Maintain accurate patient ratios of 1:2 and 1:1 for high acuity patients

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital ICU experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, & NIH
• Preferred: TNCC and experience at large trauma facilities
