Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) in an outpatient surgery center setting
• Float to the main operating room as needed to support surgical teams
• Provide first-assist services during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by departmental needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license (conditional license accepted)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RNFA
• CNOR certification required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• COVID vaccination status required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an outpatient or ambulatory surgery center environment
• Familiarity with both outpatient and main OR surgical workflows
