Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Certification: BLS ( AHA)
**Director is seeking Meditech and Midas experience**
No weekends are required
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Minimum 1-year current acute Care Case Manager RN experience
- RN or Licensed social worker
- BLS
- Active KS licensure
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Midas and HCA case management experience
- Prior HCA Hospital experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Case management assessment
- Discharge planning
