Description:Unit Information: Inpatient Rehab Location: Frisbie Memorial Hospital Address: 11 Whitehall Rd Rochester NH Floor: 3 West Building: General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 19 Number of Staff 6:1 ratio depending on patient census Type of staff: o Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) o Night Shift Patient Ratios 6:1 Type of equipment mechanical lift, sara steady, Baxter pumps, Kangaroo pumps, EMR Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Rehab / med surg IV experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Wound care Stoke TBI List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Best personality Fit: Flexible, Kind, through, REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS Floating Area(s): CCU, Med Surg, ER Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire Scrubs plain colors Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
