**Exciting Opportunity for Night Shift Rehabilitation RN at Lourdes Health!** **Join our dynamic team at Lourdes Health in Pasco, WA, where you can make a real impact on the lives of our patients.** **Position Highlights:** - Role: Rehabilitation RN - Shift: Night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM - Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 - Patient Ratios: 5:1 - Unit: 10-bed Rehabilitation unit specializing in adult and geriatric care - Patient Population: Orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputations, traumatic brain injuries **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting - Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and implement patient care plans - Utilize Meditech EHR for effective patient documentation and communication - Support patients through their rehabilitation journey, ensuring safety and comfort **Qualifications:** - Must have Rehabilitation RN experience - Required Education: RN - Preferred Skills: Experience with GG scoring and rehabilitation documentation - Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year **Unit Information:** - Equipment: Omnicell - Weekend Hours: Every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
