· Number of Beds: 65
· Patient Ratios: 5-6
· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : CNAs available all shifts. 11 hours of unit secretary support
· Type of equipment: IV Pumps. Specialty Beds, feeding pumps, lifts and transfer equipment, Life vests
Documentation system: Meditech
Scheduling requirements: 3- 12 hour shifts mostly weekends
Floating policy: no floating, all units are connected and interchangeable
Patient Experience requirements: Med surge, rehab a plus
Hospital Specifics-
Certifications: CARF and Joint Commission
