Job Summary:
Nurse Educator position located in the region. This role involves teaching and overseeing clinical curriculum, conducting follow-up with orientees, and managing certification programs. Candidates are expected to carry out current educational programs without creating new curriculum, ensuring high-quality clinical training within the healthcare organization.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift; 7.5 hours per day, a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program; New York State RN License with primary source verification from the NYS Department of Education (NYSED); AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; two (2) years of Med/Surg experience; solid clinical background.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
- Additional Information: Candidates must have a masters degree in Education and ICU experience is strongly preferred. The candidate will be responsible for executing the current curriculum, conducting clinical follow-up with orientees, and overseeing certification programs related to nurse education.
