**Join Our Team as a Radiation Oncology Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Are you a passionate RN with Radiation Oncology experience? We want you! - Collaborate with a dynamic Radiation Oncology Team to provide exceptional patient care. - Assess and intervene for potential or actual patient issues related to cancer diagnosis and treatment. - Engage in teaching and counseling to help patients and families cope with their cancer journey. - Act as a liaison between Radiation Oncology and various departments, physicians, and support groups. - Guide patients in accessing additional resources for recovery, rehabilitation, and nutritional services. **Schedule:** - Enjoy work-life balance with a 4-10's weekday schedule! **Education Requirements:** - RN with current Colorado license in good standing. - BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association. **Experience:** - Minimum 2 years of RN experience specifically in Radiation Oncology (not Medical Oncology). **Essential Skills:** - Quick adaptability in a fast-paced clinic environment. - Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with a multidisciplinary team. - Expertise in coordinating oncology patient care with interdisciplinary staff. - Highly organized and flexible mindset. - Knowledgeable in managing chronic illnesses and comorbidities. - Current with the latest trends and protocols in hematology/oncology and internal medicine. - Understanding of evidence-based practices in oncology, immunology, pharmacology, community health, and cultural sensitivity. **Application Requirements:** - Submit the following documents: - Resume - Skills Sheet - BLS and ACLS certifications - Current Nursing License **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
