Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) in Watertown, New York. This 13-week assignment involves working 12-hour daytime shifts with weekend, holiday, and call requirements. The role requires a current New York RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications, with PALS preferred. Job Details
- Shift: Day shifts, 12 hours per day, with minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; current NY RN license; BLS; ACLS; NIH; at least 1 successful traveler assignment completed
- Preferred Qualifications: PALS certification
- Experience: 1 year of clinical experience; specific minimum experience for this assignment is 0 years
- Additional Information: Must have critical care experience preferred; ability to provide quality patient care, assess patient needs, and recognize safety issues; ability to utilize lifts or move patients safely; strong problem-solving skills; may be required to assume duties as a charge nurse; excellent communication skills.
