- Experience: 2+ years required
- Post-operative open-heart care: Required
- Critical care experience: Highly preferred
- Chest tube & drain management: Required
- Radial & femoral access: Pre/post-procedure care required
- Cardiac monitoring: Must interpret rhythm strips and recognize/respond to rhythm changes
- Cardiac/Pulmonary Knowledge: Advanced knowledge required
- Floating: Must float to all units within skill level
- Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
- License: Active Ohio RN license required
- Beds: 26
- Ratio: 1:4–5
- Scrubs: Navy Blue
