**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse in Primary Care!** **Job Description:** - **Ensure Quality Care**: Collaborate with providers, clinic staff, and management to deliver outstanding patient care and services. - **Lead the Way**: Provide leadership and direction to clinic staff, optimizing operations at both the front desk and in patient care. - **Manage Resources**: Oversee medication inventory and maintain adequate supplies, ensuring everything is in top condition for patient needs. - **Quality Control**: Perform necessary quality control checks with Point of Care tests to guarantee optimal patient outcomes. - **Document with Precision**: Clearly and accurately document all care and services provided, meeting professional standards in a timely manner. - **Support Your Team**: Assist providers and clinic staff by anticipating their needs to ensure seamless and quality patient care. - **Effective Communication**: Serve as a resource by maintaining strong communication with other departments, fostering an environment of collaboration. **Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required:** - Current full, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Alaska or another U.S. state. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - High school diploma or equivalent. **Experience Required:** - A minimum of 2 years of primary care experience. **Knowledge and Skills:** - Nursing process application in the working environment. - Understanding of customer service principles. - Safety and infection control principles. - Proficiency in completing assessments, anticipating needs, and specimen collection. - Effective use of medical equipment and computers. - Strong oral and written communication skills. **Ability to:** - Multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Be a team player and provide guidance when necessary. - Solve problems using critical thinking and maintain good relationships with staff and departments. - Seek help when encountering challenges. **Physical Demands:** - Regularly required to talk or hear. - Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands for tasks. - Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. - Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
