**Exciting Opportunity for RN Mother Baby** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - Maternal Infant Unit - Location: 3rd Floor, Atrium Building - Beds: 24 - Staff: 71 dedicated professionals - **Shift Details:** - Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - **Patient Care Environment:** - Support a dynamic team with diverse specializations: - Labor nurse - Nursery nurse - OB tech - Secretary - Leadership - Educator - **Patient Ratios:** - Labor: 1:1 (most of the time) - Post-partum: 5-6:1 - Nursery: 5-6:1 - **Equipment & Technology:** - State-of-the-art GE fetal monitors - EMR: Meditech, CPN - **Qualifications:** - Required: - Minimum of 2 years of labor experience - Preferred: - 2+ years of labor experience in an LDRP with high birth volumes - **Typical Procedures:** - Perform vaginal deliveries - Conduct C-sections - Care for antepartum patients - Provide newborn and post-partum care - **Certifications Needed:** - BLS - ACLS - NRP - AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification - **Dress Code:** - Navy blue scrubs; MIU nurses wear pink badges for infant security - **Schedule:** - Every third weekend - 12 hours of call per 4-week schedule **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
