Tell us about the unit(s):
· Number of Beds - 70
· Number of Staff – 120
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) – 1 chg, 2 resource, 2 admit , 7-15 RN's & 2 PCT's
o Night Shift -
· Patient Ratios – 6 pts 1:3 couplets
· Type of equipment -
· EMR - CPN

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Mother/Baby experience
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· NICU/postpartum experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· M/B care; LC support
· Phototherapy, blood sugar checks, IV abx.
Best personality Fit:
· Positive attitude, flexible, teamplayer
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· NRP/BLS
Floating Area(s):
· Rare; but can float as a resource nurse

Weekends and On call(if any)
· 3-4 weekend shifts per schedule. No call required
