### Exciting Opportunity for RN - Mother Baby! **Job Description:** - **Unit:** Postpartum / Newborn Nursery - **Location:** San Antonio, TX - **Shift Details:** - 7A-7:30P / 7P-7:30A - Rotating Weekends - Guaranteed Hours: 36 - **Experience Requirements:** - Minimum 2 years of hospital experience - Must have NRP and BLS certifications - Ability to care for high-risk Antepartum patients and Postpartum recoveries - Newborn Nursery experience required - **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with Advanced FM - RNC-OB certification (not required) - Meditech experience - **Specialty/Unit Certifications Required:** - ACTIVE TX RN LICENSE (temp licenses not accepted) - NRP - **Essential Procedures Performed on Unit:** - IV placement - **Patient Experience Required:** - Antepartum Care - Newborn Nursery Care - **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Navy scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket - Nail Policy: Clean and healthy; no artificial nails, gel, etc. - Hair: Neat and clean; no extreme styles or colors. Should be pulled back if shoulder length or longer. - Tattoos: Cover whenever possible.
