**Join Our Exceptional Mom/Baby Unit as a Travel RN!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Dallas, TX - **Shift:** 7 PM - 7 AM (Tuesday starts) **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 70 - **Staffing:** 120 dedicated professionals - **Night Shift Structure:** - 1 Charge Nurse - 2 Resource Nurses - 2 Admit Nurses - 7-15 Registered Nurses (RNs) - 2 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) - **Patient Ratios:** 1:3 couplets (6 patients) **Required Skills:** - Must have: - Mother/Baby experience - Preferred Experience: - NICU/Postpartum experience **Typical Procedures:** - Mother/Baby care - Lactation Consultant support - Phototherapy - Blood sugar checks - IV antibiotics administration **Best Personality Fit:** - Positive attitude - Flexibility - Team player **Certifications Required:** - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - BLS (Basic Life Support) **Floating Area(s):** - Rarely, but may float as a resource nurse **Schedule Requirements:** - 3-4 weekend shifts per schedule - No on-call duty required **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
