- Day Shift –Intensivist, RN, Desk Tech, RT, Dietary, Case Management
- Night Shift - Intensivist, RN and RT
- Patient Ratios –2:1
- Type of equipment – General CR Monitoring
- EMR – Meditech / CPN
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital PICU RN experience
- BLS & PALS
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- CRRT Experience
- APHON
- Pediatric Teaching Hospital Experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- IV starts and blood draws
- TPT placements
Best personality Fit:
- Works well under pressure and in a teaching hospital
- Patient care experience is a priority
