Operating Room (OR) Pediatrics Nurse in Oakland, California. This role involves providing specialized nursing care within a dedicated pediatric surgical unit. The position requires flexibility regarding shifts and the ability to float to other UCSF campuses as needed, with an emphasis on teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts starting at 0645, 0845, or 1045, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Certifications: California Registered Nurse (RN) license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in pediatric operating room settings.
- Preferred Certifications: CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room).
- Additional Qualifications: Ability to float between UCSF facilities; previous experience in pediatric general or cardiovascular operating rooms is preferred.
- Travel Experience: Not required.
- Minimum Experience: 0 years.
