Experience & Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 1 year
- PCU/IMC Experience: Required within the last 3 years
- Traveler Experience: First-time travelers accepted
- Local Candidates: Not accepted; must live more than 50 miles from the facility
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Unit Details
- Unit Type: Mixed-acuity PCU, MS Tele, and Med-Surg
- Patient Ratios:
- Days & Weekends: 1:3–5
- Nights: 1:3–7
- Ratios are adjusted based on patient acuity
- Float Requirement: Yes
- Float Locations: Corresponding sister units, including West 2, West 3, and Observation
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- RTO: Maximum 7 days
