Genie Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Louisville, Kentucky.
Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit

- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
Shift: 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
Schedule: Every other weekend
Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute inpatient PCU RN experience
Charting: Epic experience required
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree (ASN)
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients and develop individualized plans of care.
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans based on clinical needs.
- Educate patients and families regarding care and treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Delegate tasks and provide guidance to licensed and non-licensed staff.
- Maintain quality, safety, and patient-centered care standards.
