- 2+ years of RN experience
- BLS + ACLS — REQUIRED
- Active Compact or Ohio RN license — REQUIRED
- PCU/Stepdown/IMC/DOU experience
- IV start experience — REQUIRED
- Telemetry experience — REQUIRED
- Able to manage PCU-level patients
- NIHSS — required
Must be willing to float to other OSU units/hospitals
