**Join Our Team as a Travel RN in Pulmonary Stepdown!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Asheville, NC - **Unit:** A7E Pulmonary Stepdown - **Shifts Available:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM **Unit Highlights:** - **Bed Capacity:** 23 step down, 16 med-surg - **Team Structure:** - Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 11 RNs, 4 PCTs - Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 10 RNs, 4 PCTs - **Patient Ratios:** - Step Down: 1:3-4 - Med Surg: 1:4-6 - **Key Equipment:** Lifts, chest tubes, cardiac drips, stable vented patients, trachs - **EMR System:** Cerner **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - **Required Skills:** - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience - Proficient in trach care - **Preferred Skills:** - Previous experience with Cerner **Typical Procedures:** - Trach care - Chest tube management - Wound dressing changes **Personality Traits:** - Flexibility - High level of clinical competence **Certifications Needed:** - ACLS - BLS **Floating Area:** - Other med-surg and progressive care units **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Navy blue **Work Requirements:** - 6 Saturday or Sunday shifts in a 6-week period **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
