🧠 Travel Neuro Stepdown RN – Days Location: Nashville, TN Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM | 3×12s Contract: 13 weeks Start: 08/17/2026 Experience: 2+ years BLS & ACLS required Ratio: 4:1 Stepdown 30-bed unit: 22 Acute Care + 8 Stepdown Neuro Stepdown: Vapotherm, BiPAP, trachs & titratable cardiac drips EMR: Meditech Strong critical-thinking skills required Weekend shifts required May float after orientation Scrubs: Black, blue, or gray (any color Fridays)
