### Join Our Dynamic Team as a Travel RN in Progressive Care! **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - **Location:** Aurora, CO - **Unit Name:** PC2 Progressive Care - **Bed Capacity:** 345 – 3-time Magnet Designation - **Staffing:** Float pool of about 80 - **Shift Details:** - Day Shift: RN and CNAs on most units - Night Shift: RNs and CNAs on most units - **Patient Ratios:** 1:5 days and nights (varies by unit) - **Equipment Type:** Various - **EMR:** Meditech - **Who We’re Looking For:** - **Must Have Skills:** - Minimum 1-year current acute care PCU experience - BLS, ACLS & NIH certification - **Preferred Skills:** - Prior Meditech experience - Chemo Certification (ability to schedule on our Oncology unit) - **Typical Procedures:** - High volume of caring for a large cardiac population across two Tele floors and a PCU - Opportunities to float to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units - **Ideal Candidate Qualities:** - Flexibility and willingness to float between units - Team player with a compassionate attitude - Eager to learn and care for patients with varied medical issues, both acute and chronic - **Unit Culture:** - Collaborative environment where everyone works together and cares for each other --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
