**Join Our Team as an ICU/StepDown RN in Plano, TX!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** RN - ICU/StepDown (634) - **Unit:** PCU Tele 7th FL (635) - **Shift:** 7P - 7A - **Assignment Length:** 13 weeks - **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **Weekend Requirement:** Every Other - **Call Requirements:** Yes **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced PCU/Stepdown environment - Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams - Ensure accurate documentation using Meditech - Adapt to floating as needed based on unit needs **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience - At least 2 years of specialty experience in PCU/Stepdown - Current BLS & ACLS certifications - NIH Stroke certification required - **Active RN License** (Temporary licenses will not be accepted) **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with Meditech - Prior PCU/Stepdown experience **Dress Code:** - **Scrub Color:** Royal Blue - **Nail Policy:** Clean and healthy; no artificial nails, gel, or next-gen nails - **Hair:** Neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors; must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer - **Facial Hair:** Mustaches and sideburns should be neatly trimmed - **Tattoos:** Should be covered whenever possible - **Piercings:** Visible piercings, other than ears, are prohibited **Unit Guidelines:** - Floating guidelines are in place as needed - Attendance policies will be strictly followed **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
