**Exciting Opportunity: Seasonal Travel RN - PACU (704) - 3:30P - 4A** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - Float staff between all PACU units: Main, Surgical Robotics, and Ortho. - Total of 59 bays: Main (27 bays), Surgical Robotics (12 bays, closed until February), Orthopedic Surgery Center (20 bays). - Approximately 70 dedicated staff including RNs and patient care tech. - **Shifts & Patient Ratios:** - Day shifts vary based on surgery schedule. - Night shifts consist of 2 RNs. - Patient ratios: 1 RN to 2 patients; same day surgery patients may have up to 3 at a time, staffed per ASPAN standards. - **Equipment & Technology:** - Utilize state-of-the-art GE Monitors. - EMR system: Meditech. - **Hiring Profile:** - **Must Have:** - Critical Care or PACU experience. - PALS, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications. - **Preferred:** - Experience in Stroke Care. - **Procedures Performed:** - Pre-operative and post-anesthesia care for various patients. - High volume of Neuro cases, including stroke patients and interventional radiology. - Experience with TAVR, Critical Care overflow, and diverse surgeries: spine, general, GI, colorectal, total joints, GYN, and robotics cases. - **Personality Fit:** - Flexible and adaptable. - Outgoing and engaging. - **Additional Perks:** - High employee satisfaction at 91%. - Supportive and experienced team environment. - Diverse schedule options available. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
