**Join Our Dynamic PACU Team!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - Phase I PACU: 14 beds - Phase II PACU: 6 beds - Staff: 24 RNs, including a charge RN on day shift - Patient Ratios: 2:1 Phase I, 3:1 Phase II - Equipment: GE monitoring with central station, Pyxis ES Medication Stations - EMR: Meditech - **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - **Required Skills:** - Minimum 1-year current PACU Hospital experience - BLS and ACLS certifications - **Preferred Skills:** - Experience in trauma centers - Thoracic and neuro experience - Pediatric experience - **Procedures Performed:** - Wide range of surgical services (excluding transplant, open heart, and burns) - Highest volume robotic surgery center in Colorado - Specialized rooms for spines and total joints - **Personality Fit:** - Positive, flexible, and team-oriented - Able to adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing department - **Additional Information:** - Expect overnight call from 10P – 7A once per month - 12-hour weekend call shift every 6 weeks - Modern facilities with advanced monitoring equipment and a healing environment - Emphasis on providing natural light for both staff and patients Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
