**Join Our Dynamic Ortho/Neuro Nursing Team!** Job Description: - We are seeking passionate and experienced nurses to join our team! - Current WI License, NIHSS, and CPR/BLS certification required. - Education verification is necessary. - Flexibility to float to other units may be required. - Commitment to working every other weekend and holiday with 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM). **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients. - Administer prescribed medications and treatments in line with nursing techniques, policies, procedures, and state laws/practice acts. - Document patient care according to established standards. - Develop, initiate, and execute personalized patient care plans as prescribed by Physicians and hospital policy, including patient and family education. - Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities, which may include shared governance. - Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support patient care across units/departments. - Apply critical thinking to enhance patient safety and experience, escalating issues through the appropriate channels. **Shift Information:** - Nights: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM - Holiday Coverage Required: Yes - Minimum Years of Experience: Less than 1 year - Certifications / Requirements: BLS/BCLS **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
