Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg Ortho/Neuro unit. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting observations and care accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in patient education and provide support to patients and their families.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current Registered Nurse licensure.
- BLS certification is required; ACLS preferred.
- Basic arrhythmia knowledge is required; ability to recognize fatal rhythms.
