General Information
Tell us about the unit(s):
- Number of Beds -36
- Number of Staff – 27
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift – 1 charge RN, RNs to volume, 1-2 Techs, 1 secretary
- Night Shift - 1 charge RN, RNs to volume, 1-2 Techs
- Patient Ratios – RN 5:1, 8-12 patients per tech.
- Type of equipment – Immobilizers, braces, cold treatment.
- EMR -Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Minimum 1-year current Ortho RN or M/S experience in an acute care setting
- BLS
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Ortho/Spine Experience
- ACLS

- Total Joints (Knee, Hip, Shoulder)
- Spine Surgery
