**Exciting Opportunity for RN OR Circulator - Days!** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives? - As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate and individualized nursing care for patients and their families. - Collaborate with healthcare providers, staff, and team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily patient flow to optimize care, safety, and satisfaction. - Triage incoming patient requests with confidence and skill. - Deliver patient education to facilitate care plans and promote wellness. - Demonstrate effective delegation of care in accordance with Colorado statutes. - Exhibit competent assessment skills, prioritizing, and critical thinking. - Handle high call volumes for patient requests regarding medications and assistance. - Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with procedures while adhering to safety guidelines. - Coordinate patient care with physician practices and health systems to achieve excellence in care. - Work independently with minimal supervision to deliver exceptional service. - Advocate for patient safety and preferences using Relationship-Based Care principles. - Model the values of a Just Culture and organizational principles. - Maintain HIPAA compliance in all interactions. **Shift Information:** - 3x12 days **Minimum Years of Experience:** - 2 years **Certifications / Requirements:** - Active Registered Nurse license in Colorado or valid compact state. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
