As an RN, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of patients by providing exceptional care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced surgical environment.Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, educating patients and their families, and adhering to professional nursing standards. You will also manage resources effectively, administer medications, participate in the Clinical Ladder Program, and foster a supportive learning environment for students and new employees.
