Job Details:

- Trauma Level: Level 1
- Facility Specific Job Notes:
**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - 24 months of current operating room experience. - Circulating and operating room experience. - Experience in General, davinci Robotics, Pediatrics, and Trauma cases. - Experience with EPIC electronic medical systems within the previous 3 years. - Trauma level II experience. - Previous completion of a travel assignment within the past 15 months. - Scrubbing experience in Orthopedic. **Highly Preferred Experience:** - 24 months in a hospital/medical center setting. - Scrub experience. - Experience in Neurology, orthopedics (primarily trauma), gynecology, urology, transplants, plastics, Ear, nose, throat, Vascular cases. - Trauma Level I experience. **Required Certifications and Licenses:** - Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate license at the time of submission. - AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS certification. - Driver's License. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months. **Profile Requirements:** - Work history/resume/employment history must indicate 24 months of current operating room experience. - Skills Checklist specific to Operating Room Nurse, scrub/scrubbing. **Other Requirements:** - Nursys must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission [document].
