**Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred - Years of Experience: 2 - Charting System Experience: Required - Charting System Name: Epic - Certifications: ACLS*, BLS **Skills:** - Abdominal/Vaginal hysterectomy - Administration of blood & blood products - ALIF (Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion) - Ambulatory OR - Anterior cervical fusion - Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction - Anterior/Posterior Repair (Colporrhaphy) - Appendectomy - Arthroscopy - Arthrotomy - Carpal tunnel release - Cervical fusions - Cholecystectomy - Closed reduction of fractures - Code response - Cystoscopy - Electrosurgical units - Fire Safety - General OR - Hana Table - Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical - Infection control - Laminectomy/discectomy - Laparoscopic assisted gynecological procedures - Laparoscopic assisted procedures - Latex Allergy - Lumbar fusion - Mako Surgical System - Malignant Hyperthermia - Open reduction of fractures - Ortho/Spine - Specimen Handling/labeling - Spinal Fusion - Starting Peripheral IVs - Steris - Total joint replacement - Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure - Urinary bladder catheterization **Other Details:** - Experience with Ortho Mako, Gyn, Sports Medicine, Ortho Total Joints required - Float required per unit needs - Call required on weekday nights, weekends, and holidays - Patient Ratios: 1:1 **Travel Compliance:** - 2 References covering 1 year within the last 3 years required - Must include response regarding previous experience at Providence facilities **Additional Information:** - Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent, completion recorded in Workramp transcripts.
