Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience required
• Strong experience in all areas of perioperative and surgical nursing
• Willingness to cross-train to Endoscopy
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred for familiarity with modern sedation practices
• Experience with EPIC charting preferred
• Experience with DaVinci robotics is a strong plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care surgical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care in the operating room
• Support a broad surgical case mix including general, orthopedics, neuro, ENT, eyes, and vascular procedures
• Assist with workflows in both the OR and Endoscopy suites as needed
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team
• Prepare and maintain a safe, efficient surgical environment
• Participate in call rotation, including weeknight and weekend call coverage
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC
• Contribute to a team-focused culture that values adaptability, quality, and excellence
