• Call Requirements: Weekday and weekend call required; weekend coverage is on-call only
• EMR: Epic

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 3 years of operating room experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Ability to work in a dynamic surgical environment and anticipate team needs
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail
• Robotics experience preferred
• Open heart or vascular experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled circulating and perioperative nursing care in the operating room
• Support a wide range of surgical cases, including general, orthopedic, spine, neuro, GYN, ENT, robotics, urology, podiatry, vascular, and open heart procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff to maintain safe, efficient workflows
• Prepare and manage OR equipment, instruments, and supplies
• Anticipate case needs and respond quickly in a fast-paced surgical setting
• Maintain a positive, professional presence throughout the shift
