Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (18:45 - 07:15). On-call required, distributed equally among nursing staff every 6 weeks (up to 6-8 shifts per 6-week period, including nights, evenings, and weekends). Weekend coverage required. May need to cover one night shift within contract as needed. Variable start times: 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM.

Requirements:

  • Active California RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Operating Room nursing experience required
  • Previous travel nursing experience required
  • Level I Trauma experience required; must have experience in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic procedures
  • BLS certification required
  • Epic charting system experience required
  • Experience with general, vascular, neuro, plastics, and ENT procedures preferred
  • Proficiency with extensive surgical procedures including orthopedics, neurosurgery, robotics, trauma, and laparoscopic cases
  • Willingness to float to sister facilities as needed
  • Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
