Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

Active permanent Ohio RN license or Compact RN license required and must be in hand at submission
Minimum 18 months of permanent Operating Room (OR) RN experience required
Vascular Surgery experience REQUIRED
Current BLS certification required and must be active at submission; pending certifications are not accepted
Ability to work 4x10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–5:30 PM)
Must participate in 1–2 call shifts per week
One manager, ANM, supervisor, or director reference from the specialty required from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at submission and discussed during the interview
Must successfully pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (maximum 2 attempts)
No active/open background cases or license hits accepted
BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract
