**Exciting Opportunity: Travel RN - Operating Room** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information: Operating Room** - Location: Pasadena, TX - Number of Beds - 10 - Number of Staff – 54 - Patient Ratios – 1:1 - Type of Equipment – Multi-specialty - EMR – Meditech (converting to Expanse) - **Typical Hiring Profile** - **Skill Set Required:** - Minimum 2 years RN experience - Experience in Orthopedics, General, Urology, GYN - **Preferred Skills:** - ENT, Vascular (non-cardiac) experience - Pediatric experience - **Typical Procedures Performed:** - Open/Laparoscopic/Robotic general cases (e.g., appendectomy, cholecystectomy, some bariatric) - Robotic Orthopedics - Total knees/hips; trauma orthopedic - Laparoscopic/robotic hysterectomies; tubal ligations; emergent interventions - **Best Personality Fit:** - Team player - Initiative and drive - Willingness to keep the day moving - **Required Certifications:** - BSN preferred - **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color/Attire - Cobalt Blue - **Schedule:** - On-call required, including weekly and 1 weekend a month **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
