• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Shift Duration: 10-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,620 - $2,760
• Call/Weekend Needs: Varies; discussed during interview
• Floating: None
• Charting System: Allscripts
• Case Types: General, Ortho, Neuro, OB-GYN, and ENT
• Role Focus: Circulating RN only

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
• Active RN license in good standing
• RNFA certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS required
• ACLS preferred
• PALS preferred
• Experience working in an acute care OR environment
• Strong communication skills and a clean, submission-ready file

Responsibilities

• Provide circulating RN support in the operating room
• Assist with a variety of surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and quality of care throughout the perioperative process
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team
• Prepare the OR for cases and support efficient room turnover
• Follow facility protocols, documentation standards, and infection control practices
• Adapt to a supportive 4-OR environment with a typical 1:1 patient ratio
