This is an outpatient clinic.
Day Shift – 1 to 2 RN s, Director is also an RN, 1 Gamma Knife RN, 2 front office team members, 2 physicists, 3 MD s.
Patient Ratios – 1-2 patients per RN. - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed
Type of equipment – Electronic documentation, Meditech and Mosaic
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 1-year current Radiation Oncology RN acute care experience
: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Patient care, symptom management and education of patients on radiation therapy
Radiation side effects such as skin changes and fatigue
Compassionate, our patients are battling cancer.
Able to jump in and figure out what needs to be done
