**Join Our Team as an RN in Surgical Oncology!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - 30-bed unit - Dynamic staff of 48 nurses/PCT/HUC - Day Shift: 1 CNC, 5-6 RNs, 2 PCTs - Night Shift: 1 CNC, 5-6 RNs, 2 PCTs - Patient Ratios: Estimated 1:5/1:6 - **Equipment Utilized:** - Baxter pumps - SCD machines - Mobilabs - Glucometers - EMR: Meditech - **Key Skills Needed:** - **Must-Have:** - Excellent Communication - Compassion and Empathy - **Preferred:** - IV Insertion - Chemotherapy administration - **Typical Procedures:** - Medication administration - Chest tube management - NGT management - Foley management - **Ideal Candidate:** - Team player - Strong interpersonal skills - Committed to patient care - **Required Certifications:** - BLS - **Floating Areas:** - Medical Oncology - Med/Surg - **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Royal Blue - **Scheduling:** - Every other weekend or 4 shifts per month **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
