- Number of Staff –
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift – 1 charge, up to 5 RNs, 2 PCTs per floor
- Night Shift – 1 charge, up to 5 RNs, 1 PCT per floor
- Patient Ratios (ESTIMATED) – 4:1- max 5:1
- Type of equipment – baxter pumps
- EMR – Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Strong understanding of sterile dressing changes, infection prevention
- Solid understanding of blood and electrolyte replacement process protocols
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- General Medical Oncology understanding
- Familiar with ports, central lines
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Blood and electrolyte replacement daily
- Sterile dressing changes

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
- BLS and ACLS

- Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue- monogrammed with hospital name, hospital approved jackets
