- Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
- Schedule: Rotating days/evenings/nights as needed; every other weekend rotation

Job Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license or eligibility to work as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU or Special Care Nursery experience required
- 2 years of traveler experience preferred/required for this travel RN assignment
- 3 years of experience working in one location preferred/required
- Experience with newborn care, neonatal nursing, and special care nursery populations
- AHA BLS certification required
- NRP certification required
- Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced nursery environment
- EPIC experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to newborns in a Special Care Nursery setting
- Support care across labor and delivery, postpartum, newborn nursery, OR, and recovery areas as needed
- Monitor newborns and respond to changes in condition with timely clinical intervention
- Collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in EPIC
- Maintain a calm, family-centered approach while delivering high-quality neonatal care
- Follow unit protocols, safety standards, and newborn care best practices
