Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Women’s Health, Mother/Baby, Labor & Delivery, postpartum, or related women and children nursing experience
• Current clinical knowledge in women’s health, newborn care, and maternal care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to work night shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to women, mothers, and newborns in a Birth Center environment
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Support labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care
• Document patient care accurately while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and quality outcomes
