🏥 Travel RN – Utilization Management | REMOTE
Facility: Lee Health – Corporate Center
Position: Utilization Management RN
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract: 13 weeks
💻 Position Highlights
- REMOTE position
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Every 5th weekend rotation
- 40 hours guaranteed
- Prior travel experience highly preferred
- Remote-work experience preferred
- Traveler's own computer required — facility does not provide one
- Must be highly computer literate
- Strong culture/team environment; travelers are expected to function like core staff
⭐ Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience – REQUIRED
- Utilization Management / Case Management experience
- Experience working remotely
- Strong computer skills
- Epic experience – REQUIRED
- Dragonfly UM tool experience – REQUIRED
- Prior travel experience highly preferred
📜 Required Certification
- CCM or CMCN – REQUIRED
🎓 Education
- Degree accreditation verification required
OR - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience may satisfy the requirement
🏥 Floating
- Floating is REQUIRED
- Travelers are first to float
- May be required to float to other sister campuses as well
📍 Radius Rule
- Traveler's permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility
